The customer quote

The order, priced for your customer.

Open it

Customer quote, in a project's Order tab or its top bar. Every change is saved at once.

What it holds

• Your details on the quote: name or company, phone, email, a validity note. Entered once for all projects.
• Customer or site (shown on the quote).
• Materials, from the order, with the Margin on materials.
• Labor: Add labor per area, per length, per hour or as a fixed amount.
• Delivery, Other items, Tax and Valid for (days).

Materials without a price are flagged: set their price in the order.

Number and sharing

The quote takes its number on the first share; New number and date starts a new one. Quote (PDF) or Share as text.
