The order

From quantities to a purchase order, at your prices.

Each line

In the Order tab, tap a line. Order by chooses the unit: cubic yard or cubic meter, ton, bag, big bag, truckload; pieces or square feet for pavers; length or pieces for edging. Then the price for that unit and the Supplier.

Packaging and density

Packaging and density holds the Density, Bag volume or Bag weight, Big bag volume, Truck volume and Truck payload; for concrete, Concrete per bag. They start from presets; Reset to default values brings them back.

Suppliers and default prices

Suppliers: Add a supplier with its Phone and notes, then call it from the order. Default prices: the price, packaging and supplier each material starts with in a new project. A line already in a project never changes when you edit them.

The PDF

Send the order (PDF) lists the zones, then a table per supplier — quantity, unit price, cost, subtotal — and the total.
